  • Building Consultant - Defects
  • Senior Consultant - Defects
  • Associate Director - Remedial - Strata
  • Senior Façade Engineer
  • Team Head / Associate - Remedial
Typical day-to-day activities:
  • Inspections / site visits
  • Provide advisory consulting services to strata, building managers, homeowners, and commercial and industrial enterprises.
  • Technical due diligence reporting
  • Condition and building defects audits
  • Dilapidation surveys and make-good assessments
  • Maintenance forecasts
  • Project management
  • Work autonomously
  • Ability to travel in the local Sydney LGAs
Must have:
  • Friendly and personable
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Able to travel locally
  • Experience in either building defects, Building Surveying, remedial, façade, forensic or Structural Engineering.
In return:
