Halliburton is looking for Experienced Frac Operators to join our Roma/Moomba team. Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, this role will be under general supervision, promotes excellent customer relations at the worksite. :· Performs necessary calculations for fluids quality verification at the wellsite as needed.· Performs equipment rig up and rig down on a location and prepares equipment for performing a job.· Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.· Responsible for pre-blending fluid systems operations and management of the chemical inventory at the wellsite.· Responsible for fluids quality during the delivery of services in accordance with the customer's job design and KPIs.· Performs data collection and data distribution on jobs as needed.· Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.· Utilizes competency processes to enhance employee skills development and job performance.· Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions.· Must be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards.· Promotes and contributes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.. Key aspects of this role include:Responsible for the safe operation and basic troubleshooting of assigned equipment during the delivery of services 40%Receive and prepare materials and equipment to be utilized on job site. Rig down equipment and package materials to return to facilities 10%Deliver services in accordance with the customer's design and KPIs 10%Perform pre-blending equipment function tests and responsible for pre-blending fluid systems operations 10%Utilize real-time data under dynamic job conditions to communicate results to appropriate parties on location 10%Work with support functions to ensure equipment operating efficiency and readiness for the job 10%Perform on-site maintenance 10%In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:1+ years Operator experience
Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions.
Must be knowledgeable of HMS, HSE standards, work methods and guidelines. Leads pre- and post-job safety meetings in order to promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
Promotes and takes an active part in quality and continuous improvement processes. Skills are acquired through two years of experience and completion of required competencies for current and next level.
Requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Hold a current driver's license
Hold or have the ability to gain HC, HR, MC and Forklift licenses
Have an ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Have the ability to pass a ASIO/Police clearance and fitness for work medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screening
Have a positive attitude
