Batcher in ChargeWagners is seeking an experienced and professional individual to join our Concrete Team as a Concrete batcher. You will be responsible for the allocation/batching at our concrete plant located at Yatala.$31.0-32.17 per hour + super + penalties + $2.00 per hour supervisor allowanceWorking days - Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as required with all overtime paidOversee and manage the operation of machinery and equipment used in the production of concrete at the plant.Operate and monitor automated systems to accurately dispense materials and ensure consistent concrete production.Customer service, ensure that all enquiries are managed in an efficient, professional and respectful mannerPlacing orders for customers and internal stakeholders and managing stock holdingsConduct regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of batching machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.Communicate effectively with drivers via radio to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth workflow.Assist with manual handling and lifting tasks as required to support plant operations.Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both you and other employeesAbout you:Current C Class Drivers licence essential, HR Licence Desirable.Prior experience in concrete plant operations advantageous, but not essential.Experience in staff management and logistics coordination highly desirableBe a highly motivated individualDemonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively in a busy production environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated relationship building skillsStrong demonstrated administration experience and computer proficiencyWhat we offer:Competitive pay rates with overtime opportunitiesSupportive team environmentOngoing training and developmentImmediate start availableFurther information:Wagners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, values diversity and promotes a Safe work environment.Important note: The successful candidate will be required to complete background checks of references; national police check and a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.You must have Australian Working Rights.
