You'll manage a portfolio of medium to large property clients with lending needs between $5M-$30M, and you'll be out there winning new business, not just waiting for it to come to you.What do I need?We're looking for someone who's got the energy, the expertise, and the drive to make things happen. If you love property, know how to structure a deal, and thrive on building connections-this could be your next big move.

You've got a solid background in commercial lending and credit analysis
You're confident structuring property investment and construction finance deals
You're a natural relationship builder with a strong referral network
You've got a track record of winning new business and growing portfolios
You're curious, collaborative, and always thinking ahead
