An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified, experienced coach to lead our NBL1 West Women's Program for the NBL1 West 2026 season and beyond.Our club was formed in 1973 and joined the Western Australian District Competition, later becoming a foundation club of the newly formated State Basketball League (SBL) in 1989 and then the newly formed NBL1 - West competition in 2021.Our senior teams have always maintained a very high level of succes whilst ensuring a pathway for our juniors is maintained.If you beleive you have the qualities and experience to lead the club in this capacity, we encouraged to submit your EOI.Please detail your coaching experience and qualifications addressing the following.

National Police / Criminal History Check
Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
Relevant Basketball Coaching Experience at this level.
Be a positive role model on and off the court - lead by example
Elicit and nurture a positive relationship between all members of the NBL1 squad, staff and the wider hawks community
Elite level coaching experience (NBL, WNBL, College etc)
Level 3 Coaching Accrreditation (desirable)
Minimum Level 2(Association) coaching qualification
