HSE Risk and Compliance Manager📍 Adelaide | 🕒 Full-timeBe part of something bigger. Be part of ISS.We're looking for a passionate HSE Risk and Compliance Manager to help drive the effective implementation, monitoring and review of the HSE Management Plan for a multi-site service delivery contract across South Australia and Western Australia. This role will oversee and coordinate the daily HSE functions and ensure compliance to all ISS and client HSE policies, plans, procedures and statutory requirements, to ensure ISS employees and subcontractors responsible for service delivery are kept safe.What you'll do
  • Champion inclusion and belonging across our workforce by offering support and mentoring programs
  • Provide both strategic and tactical HSE advice to the Ky Account Director and contract management team
  • Oversee the implementation of the contract HSE Management Plan and the audit program to test and continuously improve its effectiveness
  • Promote and ensure compliance with ISS and client HSE management policy/procedures
  • Collaborate with the Key Account Director and HSE team to ensure the contract HSE Risk Register is a living document, with standardized controls implemented in practice
  • Lead the in-contract HSE Team, collaborating closely with the client HSE team
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure HSE training needs are identified, and information/instruction/training is delivered in accordance with Training Plans, including training to build HSE technical and leadership capability in the account
  • Actively participate in the ISS HSE community
  • Manage all incident investigation and reporting including analysis of incident trends
  • Ensure the accurate and timely reporting, with analysis, of HSE key performance indicator data

What you'll bring
  • Demonstrated senior experience in a HSE Management role including the management of subcontractor work scopes
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Strong ability to lead and influence management, staff, clients and contractors on safety related matters
  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS/OHS
  • ISO 45001 Auditor qualifications
  • iCAM Lead Investigator
