Join our team in our shared belief that we can make a difference to the lives of everyone we touch - from our backyard to the world.ABOUT THE ROLEAn amazing opportunity currently exists in People and Performance team at Cotton On for an experienced HR Advisor, with a strong background managing a broad range of ER cases.This exciting role will see you working within a large HR function, providing support to a variety of customers from team members through to managers. You will have the opportunity to work across a number of HR initiatives that support talent growth and contribute to performance-driven workforce planning.In this role you will be responsible for providing advice and coaching on a range of employee relations matters, leading investigations, and case management activities, and supporting strategic and tactical ER initiatives. You will manage and lead workplace investigations and prepare case management documentation including investigation report and outcome letters. You will advise, coach and support leaders and people team with ER-related matters and deliver/contribute to capability uplift programs.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Proven HR or ER Advisor experience
  • Experience managing broad ER cases
  • Expert in coaching, dispute resolution, and solutions
  • Familiar with local and industry HR laws
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship management
  • Strong communicator and influencer
  • Skill to make impactful decisions inspiring positive outcomes through sound judgment
  • Skilled in building impactful relationships
  • HR degree/qualification preferred
