This role provides a rare opportunity to have exposure to a variety of risk profiles including warehousing, logistics, construction, manufacturing, asset management and retail, operating across 9 countries internationally.This role is about more than compliance - it's about driving real improvements, lifting capability, and embedding safety into the way people lead, work, and make decisions every day.Ideal for someone who thrives on making a big impact through influence, lifting capability, strong leadership, communication, and strategy.You will also;
  • Implement a proactive program of Health and Safety initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive safety ownership across all levels.
  • Lead risk management programs, that deliver pragmatic solutions across geographically dispersed locations.
  • Monitor and report on safety performance, including detailed reporting and data analysis along with communicating findings to the business.
  • Be a trusted partner and provide practical advice to enhance safety standards in partnership with regional teams.
  • Drive improvements in safety outcomes by lifting capability, coaching and real partnering with regional teams.
  • Provide strong leadership and influence through your interactions across the business.
About youYou're a dynamic Health & Safety professional wanting a step up in their career, across a national portfolio, with a passion for driving meaningful change and supporting large-scale transformation through hands-on initiatives.You will also have;
  • Health and Safety leadership experience across a complex, multi-site organisation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of health and safety legislation.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and timeframes.
  • Proven experience in writing reports, analysing data, and communicating findings.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach senior operational leaders and a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications, experience or training in Health and Safety or related discipline.
