- Monitor and report on safety performance, including detailed reporting and data analysis along with communicating findings to the business.
- Be a trusted partner and provide practical advice to enhance safety standards in partnership with regional teams.
- Drive improvements in safety outcomes by lifting capability, coaching and real partnering with regional teams.
- Provide strong leadership and influence through your interactions across the business.
- Health and Safety leadership experience across a complex, multi-site organisation.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of health and safety legislation.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and timeframes.
- Proven experience in writing reports, analysing data, and communicating findings.
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior operational leaders and a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications, experience or training in Health and Safety or related discipline.
