This role provides high quality skill in supporting leaders and employees in our Stores across the employment life cycle, with a particular emphasis on Employee Relations. If you thrive on guiding workplace decisions, managing complex employee matters, and driving improvements in workplace culture, this role is for you.About the roleReporting to our People & Culture Advisory Lead, you will be responsible for:

Providing timely and strong Employee Relations support across stores, head office, and distribution centres.
Building strong relationships with leaders and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Offering advisory support on workplace matters, including case management, performance concerns, and employee grievances.
Coaching leaders on best-practice responses, workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and fair decision-making.
Leading Advisors as required, acting as a point of escalation.
Drafting formal communications that uphold integrity and compliance in employment relations.
Navigating employment legislation, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and company policies to ensure workplace compliance.
Identifying and implementing strategies to improve Employee Relations practices and workplace culture.
Supporting initiatives that enhance workplace fairness, employee engagement, and conflict resolution processes.
Occasional local or interstate travel may be required to provide direct support and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

About youAs a Senior People & Culture Advisor with a strong foundation and passion for Employee Relations, you will bring:

A bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, including end to end case management and workplace dispute resolution.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to fostering fair and compliant employment practices.
In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, workplace agreements, and industrial relations frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, ensuring timely management of employee concerns.
The confidence to guide leaders through complex Employee Relations matters, influencing compliant, fair and informed decisions that mitigate risk and account for commercial impact.
Tech-savvy with strong digital literacy.
Experience in retail, pharmaceutical, or service-based industries (ideal but not essential).
