- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure alignment.
- Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing with existing, pre-approved suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders to approved vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Assist in resolving any procurement-related issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
- Proven experience within a Purchasing or Procurement position.
- Experience in purchasing engineering, mechanical-related parts and components is highly desirable.
- Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with effective relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be able to be on-site 5-days per week.
