Play a key role in our operationsOur Coordinators are vital to the success of our operations and play a key role in supporting our customers. In a fast-paced environment, you will facilitate the operational team to perform to a high standard, in order to meet daily objectives. Your duties will include:
  • Supporting the team to follow Safety Standards and eliminate risks
  • Communicate daily objectives and targets to the team and assign tasks
  • Planning of resources to achieve desirable outcomes in line with Service Level Agreements
  • Tracking of operational performance and identifying continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensuring team members are inducted, onboarded and trained to meet DHL requirements
  • Conduct performance dialogues with the team, ensuring clear communication and employee engagement

To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:
  • Proven operational experience within the Supply Chain or Logistics industry
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS - Manhattan ideally) experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
  • Proven customer facing/ external stakeholder experience
  • Effective time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
