Spot cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and amenities,
Emptying swarf bins, general waste bins, recycling bins
Stocking up bathroom consumables
Stocking up tea, coffee stations,
Blowing debris away from outside areas,
Hosing down buildings,
Cleaning internal walls,
General tree pruning and yard tidying,
Painting of internal office and amenity spaces when required
Picking up goods from local suppliers

The successful applicant must have

Forklift Licence
Class C Drivers Licence + Reliable transport etc.
Be able to pass pre-employment medical & drug screen
Ability to work in a high-volume team environment
Physical ability to undertake labour intensive duties
