- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end Salesforce solutions
- Oversee and mentor development teams, ensuring high code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
- Conduct technical workshops to gather and validate requirements and translate them into scalable designs
- Manage integrations with third-party systems using APIs and DevOps tools
- Actively contribute to internal training, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration
- Proven background in Salesforce technical consulting and software architecture
- Experience in end-to-end project delivery and Agile methodologies
- Integration expertise using APIs, SQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or JavaScript Developer I
