More than just a job, start your career with Redox today.The PositionReporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the role requires an exceptional Data Entry Clerk to assist the QA Team and Redox staff in maintaining Product Specifications, Certificates of Analysis and other QA-related duties.

Clerical duties including Data Entry
Process Certificate of Analysis (C of A's) and follow-up non-conformances to ensure conformity to standards required
Investigating and updating technical data
Maintaining Product Specifications and related documentation
Assist in providing quality industry related information to sales staff and customers
Ensure validity of all supplier information documents uploaded in system

About youThe ideal candidate will display exceptional verbal and written skills, excellent time management skills and have intermediate computer literacy skills in the Microsoft suite.

Previous experience in an office support role, liaising with staff at various levels and divisions of the business.
Fast and accurate Data Entry skills
Tertiary qualifications in Science or related disciplines (desirable)
Certificate of Analysis and product specification experience would be an advantage.
Flexibility and the ability to think on your feet
