Job Category: Production and Supply DeliveryJob Description:We are currently seeking a Project Engineer/Coordinator to join our team based in Lismore, NSW. Ideally, this role would be suited to candidates with exposure across asphalt, spray sealing or civil construction environments. This is a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of our operations and work within a driven and enthusiastic team.WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering preferred but not required.
Exposure to a similar role in civil construction or an asphalt environment.
Proven ability to manage and monitor projects against time, cost, quality and safety requirements.
An understanding of planning, execution and reporting of projects.
An understanding of project management as well as engineering principles and construction methods.
Have a willingness and enthusiasm to learn all aspects of our operations.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero Harm environment.
