Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be at the frontline of delivering unforgettable experiences – from welcoming tradies and renovators to inspiring first-time home stylers.Within this role, you'll be responsible for:
  • Bringing our GREATER sales program to life, every single day
  • Crushing sales targets and uncovering new business opportunities
  • Creating wow-worthy customer moments that lead to loyalty
  • Building strong relationships across retail and trade customers
  • Keeping the store looking sharp, stocked, and ready to impress
  • Becoming a product guru through hands-on training and demos
