- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies
- Ensure quality and client service-oriented support is provided to all stakeholders
- Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring they’re aligned with best practices as well as timely and cost-effective
- Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches and build merit pools aligned to key agency skills
- Support senior team members in the delivery of executive recruitment
- Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services including system enhancements, documenting knowledge and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials.
- demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment
- prior experience building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely process and policy advice to complex enquiries
- demonstrated experience proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasking or projects
- experience working with recruitment technology systems, including troubleshooting and identifying system enhancements
- relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation and/or equivalent recruitment experience.
