  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies
  • Ensure quality and client service-oriented support is provided to all stakeholders
  • Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring they’re aligned with best practices as well as timely and cost-effective
  • Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches and build merit pools aligned to key agency skills
  • Support senior team members in the delivery of executive recruitment
  • Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services including system enhancements, documenting knowledge and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials.
About youIn order to succeed in the role, you will have:
  • demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment
  • prior experience building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely process and policy advice to complex enquiries
  • demonstrated experience proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasking or projects
  • experience working with recruitment technology systems, including troubleshooting and identifying system enhancements
  • relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation and/or equivalent recruitment experience.
