- Support the implementation of safety protocols and ensure adherence to standardised systems and processes.
- Assist in managing contractor engagement and performance, helping ensure alignment with project goals and safety standards.
- Provide day-to-day support to infrastructure operations teams, helping resolve issues and assist in producing technical reports to identify bottlenecks.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements
- Collaborate with project leads and planning teams to maintain accurate project schedules and milestones.
- Assist in tracking budgets and financials, supporting both operating and capital expenditure planning. Analysing data for cost saving initiatives.
- Help produce clear, actionable reports and reviews that inform decision-making and drive performance.
- Assists in producing technical reports and project reviews complete with recommendations.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills

- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management, Safety, or Infrastructure)
- Previous experience in project support, contractor management, or infrastructure operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or industry related experience would be preferred but not essential
