Your focus will be on building high-performing teams, putting the right people in the right roles, mentoring staff, and driving operational excellence.

Extensive construction experience, ideally in trade subcontracting and in management/ leadership roles
Strong numerical reasoning and proven commercial acumen – while a tertiary qualification is not required it will be viewed favourably e.g. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying
Demonstrated ability to manage contracts effectively and efficiently.
