Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day practice operations including systems, stock, IT and facilities
- Coordinate payroll, financial reporting and GP payments
- Maintain financial compliance (super, ATO, debtors/creditors, BAS, MYOB)
- Lead HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, training and performance reviews
- Maintain all compliance and accreditation requirements including WHS and policies
- Ensure the clinic operates to a high standard of safety, service and care
- Drive business growth through marketing, strategy and stakeholder engagement
- Minimum 3 years in a GP Practice Management role
- Strong leadership, team development and communication skills
- Financially savvy – budgeting, payroll, reporting and software (MYOB)
- Skilled in compliance, risk management, HR and employment law
- Able to implement and manage systems, strategy and service delivery
- Experience in Medical Director and/or Pracsoft highly desirable as well as MYOB.
- Outstanding communication skills, great attitude and personality; ability to get the job done with minimal supervision and a respectful, personable approach to practice management.
