You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.   • As an Educational Leader, you'll receive 8 hours a week off the floor to focus on developing a rich, engaging curriculum and intentional programs that guide and inspire your team's daily practice.
  • Driving curriculum excellence aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Mentoring educators, uplifting teaching practices, and nurturing a collaborative learning culture
  • Championing innovation and reflective practice to enhance educational outcomes

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
