A well-established steel fabrication business is looking for skilled and motivated Welders to join the workshop team. This hands-on role involves welding and fabricating structural steel components—columns and beams—according to production drawings and schedules.Key Responsibilities:
  • Weld and fabricate structural steel to a high standard.
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness and follow safe work practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Support continuous improvement in processes and quality.
Requirements:
  • Experience welding structural steel in a workshop setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Construction Safety Induction Card (White/Blue Card) – required
  • Certificate III or IV in Engineering – desirable
  • Physically capable of handling the demands of the role.
  • Current Driver’s License – desirable
