ChoiceOne, due to ongoing demand has created a new role of Client Development Manager.About the RoleOperating across numerous disciplines but working closely with Managers and Team Leaders who are subject matter experts your ability to converse and develop relationships with people from all walks of life will enable you to thrive in this role.Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, your previous Business Development and client liaison skills within either Mining, Engineering or trades, Allied Health, Nursing , Care or Professional Business Services will help drive our businesses on-going growth. It is expected this role will work to develop new business opportunities along with solidifying and enhancing our current client portfolio. Think working with current clients and creating new ones.This role can be structured as a part time 3 to 5 days a week, school hours (20 to 30 hours per week) or if you wish full time.The role requires;

Previous business development and client care experience with the ability to analyse markets; develop sales strategies, implement effective outreach strategies and engage clients.

Previous experience in a clinical role or in the Nursing and Care sector - Ideally you have been a Nurse or Carer in a previous career (desirable)

A self-motivated individual that is goal focused and is seeking to forge a long term career in the recruitment industry

A passion to be in the community promoting ChoiceOne at Industry forums, events, Expo's and various networking functions

Highly effective communication skills and the desire to work alongside our Managers and Team Leaders and represent our experienced six specialist recruiting divisions.
