- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Experience using CRM systems and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- A team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively toward shared goals.
- Availabel to work between 7am and 7pm on a rotating roster
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sustainability practices.
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Manage bookings and customer requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates and customer retention.
- Accurately record and process customer interactions using relevant CRM and booking systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support Bridgestone's commitment to safety and sustainability.
