In the role of Clinical Leader, you will play a crucial part in our site management team, collaborating closely with staff, residents, and families, supported by our Clinical Care Manager and Site Operations Manager. Drawing upon your solid clinical expertise, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the provision of top-notch, personalized nursing care for our residents. Your active leadership will involve guiding and mentoring staff, ensuring that each team member is well-prepared and empowered to provide exceptional resident-focused care.On Offer
- $50.45-53.80 per hr depending on experience.

- Experience exceptional centralised support for operational areas including Palliative Care, Continuous Improvement, Rostering, Human Resources and Work Health Safety
- Relocation support can be negotiated for the right candidate
- Must have clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, including a Current AHPRA registration
- Must be willing to relocate
- Must have Australian working rights
- A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to support ageing in place.
