Contracts Administrator

- A minimum of 5 years' experience, with at least 2 years' demonstrable experience in a contracts role on a project
- Ability to contribute to the preparation of contract claims and financial information
- Ability to interpret and apply contract terms and legislation provisions
- An understanding of document control processes and systems
- Working knowledge of typical construction contracts
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure
- Support the commercial manager in the administration of the head contract subcontractors/suppliers including variations and EOT claims
- Support the project team with procurement as required
- Coordinate the review, approval and processing for payment of subcontract and supply claims
- Co-ordinate overall management of controlled documents for the project
- Assist the Commercial Manager in compiling monthly client and internal reporting packs as required
