You’ll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and teammates across APAC and beyond.Your responsibilities will include:

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across financial services, technology, risk, and operations – from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent and build long-term pipelines.
Collaborate deeply with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and future growth plans.
Create compelling candidate experiences that reflect Susquehanna’s unique culture and values.
Use data to inform decisions: Track, measure, and report on hiring pipeline health, market trends, and process improvements.
Influence hiring outcomes by coaching stakeholders on best practices, market insights, and recruitment techniques.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives in partnership with marketing, social media, and campus teams.

What we're looking forWhat You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is energised by the challenge of hiring top-tier talent.

At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with a minimum of 2 years In-House, ideally in financial services, capital markets or tech.
Proven experience sourcing and attracting passive talent through innovative techniques.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools).
A data-savvy, analytical mindset – confident using reporting tools to guide decisions.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with high attention to detail.
A genuine interest in our business, culture, and people – and a desire to contribute to our ongoing success.
