About the RoleWe're seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to support a strategically significant transformation program within a federal government agency. You'll be part of a high-performing Change Management Office that provides change, communications, training, and transition support across the organisation.
In this role, you'll collaborate with a dedicated change team and workforce development specialists to deliver tailored training experiences that drive capability uplift and successful adoption of new systems and processes.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead innovative training strategies to support digital transformation and system readiness.
  • Collaborate with change and program teams to align training with business needs and schedules.
  • Evaluate training needs and readiness from current to future state.
  • Develop engaging training materials including guides, videos, and modules.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure training success.
  • Coordinate and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Report on training delivery, uptake, and success metrics.
What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements:
  • AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) and Police Check (or ability to obtain).
  • Australian citizenship and political neutrality.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience across the full training cycle - needs assessment, planning, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • High-quality written communication and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple work packages and understand dependencies.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery and change management frameworks.
  • Ability to develop training for diverse audiences and evaluate learner needs.
