We are seeking applications from suitably qualified Social Workers to join our Sub-acute Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Team based at Walanmarra, Dubbo Health Service. The primary caseload will be in the rehabilitation setting.In a small, close knit team, you will be well supported and your dedication will be seen and appreciated.
