As the Store Representative, this role expands beyond the store. You'll be invited to be the face of your brand at events and promotional activations. Your home base will be in the Morningside store, moving across locations from time to time. Your goal will be to provide tailored product advice and deliver unmatched customer experiences that build community beyond the sales. You'll help customers find the right supplements, maintain stock levels, and keep the store looking its best. You'll play a crucial role on the sales team, leveraging your industry expertise to educate and convert. Your role supports the team's goals while promoting a healthy and high-energy atmosphere.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in retail or sales
- Background in fitness and nutrition, or interest in the industry
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn detailed product knowledge
- Comfortable working toward sales targets
- $70,000 - $75,000 + Super
- Full Time - Monday to Friday only - rare find in retail
