We value our people as one of our greatest assets and are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.We are currently recruiting for a motivated, flexible, self-starter to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager at our Hyundai Dealership in Southport.What the role entails:

Achieve long and short term sales, gross and profit objectives
Assist Sales Manager ensure that all CRM scores are at benchmark or better
Ensure the Sales process is being closely monitored and controlled
Ensure Dealer Sockets diary is up to date. Prospecting potential new clients through telephone and other marketing techniques
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales to delivery process.
On every occasion ensure that all interactions by the dealership are of the highest standard, both internally and externally

What we are looking for:

Extensive experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills
Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
Knowledge of motor dealership systems
Conflict resolution skills
Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
