We are on the hunt for experienced Assemblers / Factory Hands to join our well-established clients across the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne . These positions will be on a full-time ongoing casual basis.Working in a team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing materials and assembling components to required specifications and quality standards using a variety of hand tools, power tools, machinery and various saws
  • Operating and cleaning production machinery/equipment after use
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operating Manuals in an efficient manner
  • Supporting team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are achieved
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to demonstrate:
  • Pevious experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred)
  • The ability to safely lift up to 20+ kg
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and follow basic assembly diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring correct assembly, positioning, and orientation
  • A current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
