Senior ICT Project Manager with NV1 clearance

• Provide governance over multiple Project Managers and Projects to ensure delivery within scope, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and project steering boards.
• Undertake effective planning and coordination to deliver project outcomes.
• Manage risk and maintain appropriate governance arrangements.
• Align project delivery with broader strategic departmental objectives.
• Deliver projects using Waterfall, Prince2, and Agile methodologies.

• Experience in successfully delivering ICT projects in the Federal Government environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare, present, and manage project submissions, business cases, reporting, and closure.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationship management.
• Experience with engaging and managing multiple ICT vendors.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience leading large and complex CT projects.
• Proficiency in project management methods and tools.
• Demonstrated ability in program project planning, scheduling, controlling, and reporting.
• Expertise in managing project finances within the Australian Public Service.
• Experience with secure government systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in planning, managing, and executing ICT projects.
• Qualification and/or accreditation in Project Management or Scrum Mastery.
• Familiarity with project management systems, tools, and processes.
