Senior Accounts Receivable Officer

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Prepare and analyse accounts receivable reports for management review.

• Maintain and update records in ERP to reflect accurate financial information.
• Assist in audits and compliance reporting as required.

• Proficiency in large ERP software and strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable within the FMCG industry or similar sectors.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
• A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
