As a Customs Administration Support, you will be responsible for:
  • Prepares customs documents as required per local customs regulations
  • Feeds data into customs operating system
  • Provides general administrative support to others within Customs
  • Data entry of shipping documents
  • Liaising with customers and overseas partners for correct documentation
  • Managing calls and emails
Skills / Qualifications
  • Completion of Secondary/tertiary education i.e. Yr 12 High School certificate
  • Previous experience in a Customer focused environment or similar i.e. retail / customer service/administration
  • Full time unlimited Australian work rights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive telephone and E-mail skills
  • Good English skills (verbal/written).
  • Results driven and detail orientated.
  • High degree of written, verbal, and organisational skills.
