Don't hesitate, APPLY TODAY!Your new roleAs a Collections Officer you will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients in order to help guide them onto a payment plan which works best for them! You will manage your own portfolio of clients and have administrative duties on the day to day involving the updation and creation of client profiles. This role comes with full training and you will have a dedicated trainer available to help guide you through your new career!Some of your responsibilities will include:

Making outbound calls
Skip tracing, locating people's whereabouts
Managing inbound and outbound emails
Managing your own portfolio of clients
Maintaining payment records
Administrative tasks
Ensuring high levels of customer service

Your skills and experience

A genuine passion for customer service and a want to help better people financial situations
