This is embedded into our business model and the ways we work- it's all part of the DNA that has led to over 100 years of success globally.The Impact You'll Make;As an Assistant Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our RCS brands by supporting category health management and data analysis aligned with business goals and market needs. Your focus will be on product category management, NPD/CBI projects, and ensuring the highest quality standards for our portfolio.Position: Full-timeWork Location: Ingleburn, Sydney NSW 2565
  • Support the development and implementation of category strategies and initiatives in alignment with identified simplification and growth goals for the business across ANZ
  • Identify opportunities for Product Line Simplification (PLS) and Product Line Expansion (PLE) using BI, Quads, and Quartiles
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assist in the delivery of NPD/CBI projects
  • Co-develop market offers, marketing communications, sales tools, and roll-out plans in coordination with the marketing team
  • Advocate for data integrity critical to product category health
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends that impact strategic growth revenue and VM%
  • Ensure the portfolio complies with high-quality standards
  • Proactively resolve and manage deviations, seeking continuous improvement opportunities
  • Strive to become an ITW Toolbox expert through continuous learning and practical application
  • Demonstrate ITW's Culture & Values in all aspects of your work
About You;
  • Marketing or Business Degree – essential
  • Proven experience in product category management, data analysis, and project management
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Eagerness to learn and apply the ITW Toolbox principles
