What is the role?Applications are sought from suitably qualified applicants wishing to be considered for the role of Team Member ACT Policing Fleet.This role assists in the delivery of a range of support services and initiatives within Fleet to support ACT Policing. This role works closely with frontline members of ACT Policing, internal and external stakeholders.You will also be required to contribute to the achievement of outcomes in accordance with the regulatory framework, the AFP Code of Conduct and the AFP Governance Instruments. It is expected that the successful applicant will deliver on the core responsibilities and meet any requirements of the position as outlined below.What will you do?
  • Process lease quotations and extensions;
  • Manage Government parking permits and vehicle registration renewals;
  • Assist with scheduling vehicle services;
  • Assist with new vehicle collection, old vehicle disposal and vehicle repair drop-off/pick-up;
  • Process insurance claims;
  • Management of Fleet inbox;
  • Assisting with procurement;
  • General administration duties i.e. filing and archiving.
Essential Requirements
  • You must be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.
  • A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Have contemporary knowledge and experience relevant to the role.
  • Must hold a valid Class C Driver Licence
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
