- Monitor company notification platforms daily, promptly addressing and resolving assigned tasks.
- Execute monthly compliance controls as directed, ensuring timely submission of required evidence documents to the RACE compliance platform.
- Conduct monthly audits of company compliance obligations meticulously, recording findings and assessing the efficacy of implemented control.
- Provide one hour of compliance training monthly to all employees, ensuring thorough understanding and adherence to compliance standards.
- Actively engage in the company compliance committee, offering valuable contributions and fulfilling committee responsibilities.
- Perform monthly audits of approved loans following company auditing protocols, documenting findings comprehensively in audit reports.
- 2 years experience in the same or a similar role.
- Demonstrating a caring nature, fostering a supportive team environment.
- Show a results-oriented approach, consistently meeting performance standards.
- Excellent communication abilities, prioritizing transparency and openness.
- Strong emotional resilience, maintaining composure under pressure.
