About the roleBolton Clarke Enrolled Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home Care clients across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:
  • Providing nursing care with the support from an Experienced Registered Nurse
  • Collaborating with community supports, referrers, GPs, families and allied health
  • Contributing to the assessment, prevention and early detection of any health conditions
  • Contributing to the formulation of care plans, reviews and case conferencing
Joining the team, youu0027ll work across various suburbs in Melbourneu0027s Western Region, following a five-day roster that includes evenings and weekends.As an Enrolled Nurse with Bolton Clarke, you’ll enjoy:

To be successful, you will have:
  • Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of two COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Driveru0027s licence and own vehicle
