- Overseeing the development, maintenance and operations of the school systems and resources, and recommending improvements to business processes and procedures.
- Coordinating day to day tasks, monitoring workloads, promoting teamwork, skill development, and a sense of pride in the school.
- Developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, procedures and other guideline material relating to operations within the school.
- Prepare and maintain procurement activities, including overseeing budget administration, and activities.
- Contributing to the school's strategic and operational plans by reviewing legislation, regulations, initiatives, and policies and providing recommendations.
- Leading the development, maintenance, and optimisation of systems and resources, constantly identifying and recommending innovative improvements to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
- Being responsible for the daily operations, balancing workloads, and cultivating a strong sense of teamwork, skill development, and community.
- Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and procedural guidelines to ensure smooth school operations and adherence to best practices.
- Skilled in overseeing procurement activities, managing budgets, and ensuring resources are used effectively to support a school's goals.
- Actively contributed to a school's strategic and operational planning by reviewing policies, regulations, and initiatives, and providing insightful recommendations to drive success.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or a relevant discipline.
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
