Overview:Fuse Recruitment have partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Due to significant growth, they require a Production Chemist to join the company on an on-going casual basis.
The Successful Candidate will have at least 2 years' experience within a pharma environment, and be involved in synthesis, scale up and production of drugs for pre-clinical trials required by international clients.Benefits include:

Duties of the role include (but not limited to):

Manufacturing APIs and finished products according to cGMP requirements
Executing batch records, logs and other necessary GMP documentation for manufacturing
Providing support with resolving technical manufacturing issues
Complying with GMP requirements
Effective management of materials and components
Maintaining a safe work environment

Essential Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor of Science preferably in pharmaceutical sciences or related
Minimum 2 years experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Physical fitness and great health
Strong ability to work well within a team and confident working autonomously
Strong ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure
Strong attention to detail, self-starter with the perseverance to overcome challenges!
Great communication skills - Both verbal and written
