- Manage budgets, resources, and team performance across SA/NT
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships
- Use data analytics to identify market opportunities and optimise performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Represent CSR at industry events and contribute to national initiatives
- 10+ years' experience in sales management, including 5+ years leading teams
- Proven ability to build and coach high-performing sales teams
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving margin
- Skilled in consultative selling and strategic planning
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Exposure to product development and innovation highly regarded
