Do you have some commercial general insurance experience and want to make a career in broking?Is it time to kickstart your career?In this role, you will:

Assist with driving business development and client retention strategies in designated accounts.
Work with an amazing team of Senior Account Executives and report to the Executive Account Manager.
Key performance indicators include business retention, complaints handling, and continuous professional development.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

A good understanding of various insurance products, legislation, claims, hopefully broking technology, dispute resolution, and compliance.
Demonstrated literacy in computer software.
A stable work history.
Aspirations towards achieving goals.
Mandatory qualifications: Preferably Tier 1, willingness to undertake studies towards a Diploma in Financial Services.
Highly regarded: Tertiary business qualifications (a plus).
