- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in database engineering or administration, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. Experience in a technology innovation role within a professional services business is desirable.
- Proficiency in Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and other Azure data services. Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Database Administrator Associate) and experience in building RAG based GenAI applications within Microsoft Azure are highly desirable.
- Expertise in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Experience and confidence with development tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Passionate about getting your hands dirty and working proactively in a fast-paced, constantly adapting environment. You'll need high attention to detail, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise and interest in generative AI and the risks and opportunities it presents in software tools and the development of those tools.
- Experience in building RAG based GenAI applications within Microsoft Azure is desirable.
