With a strong commitment to quality workmanship, client satisfaction, and workplace health & safety, they have built a reputation as a trusted name in their field.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to operate excavators and associated equipment to support internal and external drainage works across residential and civil sites.Reporting directly to the Project Supervisor, some of your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and maintaining equipment regularly
Excavating, moving dirt, rock, and other materials
Reporting any damages or service needs promptly
Conducting daily pre-start checks and risk assessments
Operating heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner
Maintaining clear communication with the Project Supervisor
About YouThe successful candidate will have:
A current Excavator VOC
A minimum MR class truck licence
Experience operating 1.7 to 6.5 tonne excavator machines
Experience in digging out internal and external residential drainage
Experience in installing residential and civil drainage (preferred but not essential)
