- Candidate will be responsible of expanding Visual business in ANZ including Identifying the right distribution partners and resellers for both online and channel business.
- Candidate will be responsible for working with commercial sales team in driving better coverage and ensure growth in Attach business by ensuring Sales enablement, tracking Attach rate- Quote and Order load, customer meetings, engaging with teams in responding to RFP's.
- Candidate will be responsible for analyzing the ANZ markets and for building a product plan with country 4P team and ensure that the plan achieves the market breadth that our share goals require.
- Build relationship with key Distributors & Business Partners: Providing them with market feedback, organizing required product trainings, build and execute channel expansion and Sell thru & Sell out programs.
- Co-ordinate with marketing on brand development and visibility- instore visibility/POS & promotion; On-line reviews and promotions.
- Be responsible for the Sell thru and Sellout activities
- Quarterly/monthly/weekly business planning & execution.
- Align with finance (planning / Monthly linearity / GTN execution)
- Deliver on key metrics execution (Units/ Rev/GP/WOI/Aged inventory)
- Engage with Segment sales team, customers and business partners to win new Visuals business.
- Drive stronger partnerships with key distributors and business partners to expand Standalone business. Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with key business partners and distributors.
- Build and share detailed MI view including RTM analysis, key product mix, key competition, industry trends and available opportunities etc. with key stake holders including Sales and extended teams.
- Build segment wise focused growth initiatives along with Segment leads- lead and track execution.
- Regular interlock with relevant Sales teams to plan and execute SI/ST/SO, share of wallet update, key opportunities, customer feedback.
- Prepare regular analysis on pricing, product offering vs. competition and ensure execution of required actions to enable continuous growth.
- Lead the NPI alignment and deployment along with segment 4P/ PM.
- Alignment with Sales and Finance on the quarter outlook call outs- including weekly OL plans and execution.
- Regular interlock with marketing team to develop and track Brand Awareness activities.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/ Channel management is a must, with similar role at a major player in ANZ market with an experience to design and implementation of business growth strategy.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships along with strong business acumen, persistence, success oriented and metric driven will be key for this role.
- Ability to manage multiple sales engagements at same time.
- Excellent communications skills with in-depth knowledge of our products and value proposition.
- Ability to build business plans basis detailed insights of market and competitive analysis.
- Ability to work as a team and deliver well under tight timelines.
