
Occupational Rehabilitation - OES Team Leader

- Leading and coaching a team of Consultants
- Overseeing the team's performance and quality
- Exploring new opportunities and growth areas
- Mentoring and training junior staff members
- Providing advice and coaching on case management practices, whilst also managing a reduced, specialised case load of your own.
- Identifying Return To Work barriers and, designing, implementing and monitoring those programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required.
- Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work
- Minimum of two year's of relevant experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
- Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees
- Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
- Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
- Proven organisation and time management skills
