Role Overview:We are seeking a reliable and skilled High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team at our Campbelltown facility. This role involves operating a high reach forklift to move archive boxes of documents within the warehouse, assisting in order fulfilment, and maintaining an organised and safe work environment.Key Responsibilities:Forklift Operation:

Safely operate a high reach forklift to transport archive boxes within the warehouse.
Retrieve and store records efficiently using high reach racking systems.

Order Fulfilment:

Pick and transport specific boxes to fulfill customer orders using the forklift.
Ensure accuracy in handling and relocating stored records.
Manual lifting and labour involved

Warehouse Organisation:

Maintain correct placement and retrieval of archive boxes within high-bay racking.
Support warehouse organisation to ensure smooth operations.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures when operating machinery and handling materials.
Conduct pre-operational checks to ensure forklift safety and compliance.

Qualifications:

Valid high reach forklift license (LF).
Previous experience operating a high reach forklift in a warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate handling and retrieval of records.
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling related to forklift operation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with high racking.
