- Develop and execute local HR strategies aligned with global goals
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
- Partner with leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and culture
- Oversee talent acquisition and develop local talent pipelines
- Lead performance and development programs across diverse teams
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment law and industry standards
- Manage compensation strategies and provide payroll support when required
- Demonstrated experience in a HR management or generalist role
- Solid knowledge of Australian labour law, HR frameworks, and compliance
- Strong experience across recruitment, ER/IR, performance management, and policy
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work strategically while rolling up your sleeves for operational tasks
- Experience in heavy industry, engineering, or blue-collar environments would be advantageous
